General information

Apartment Iva is located on the ground floor with its terrace looking towards the sea. In front of the terrace you can enjoy a small garden. As the smallest of our apartments, Iva can host 2 persons in its bedroom. If needed, an additional person or child can sleep on the sofa in the living room.

1 double bed. 1 sofa couch in the living room. Linen included.

Private bathroom with shower. Towels & toilet paper included.

Kitchen

Private kitchen. Fully equipped with small fridge and freezer.

This apartment is perfect for a family with 2-3 children or 2 couples. If you want to bring your pet, please align with us before arrival – in most cases we allow well trained dogs as well.

Value for Money

'Iva' is our smallest apartment and hence the most economical. The price for it differs on the season. A night will cost you between 50 – 70 € for the whole apartment.

Parking available

Most tourists visit Prizna with their own vehicle. This is why we made sure to have plenty of free parking space available just next to our house. Hence, you do not have to reserve it in advance.
